In business, there is no greater compliment than when an existing customer refers one of their friends to you. Levaero was honoured to receive such a referral recently, and we want to share that story with you.

A long-time Pilatus PC-12 owner, who had purchased their new aircraft through Levaero, introduced their family friends to the Levaero team for a preliminary discussion of aircraft ownership options. Our new customer had not previously owned an aircraft, but their business and personal needs had outgrown their charter options, and an aircraft of their own was a necessity. They engaged Levaero to help them identify a suitable aircraft type for their missions, and to then acquire that aircraft for them. After an extensive search of the worldwide pre-owned market, our team identified the ideal aircraft for our Canadian customer – this immaculate 2009 Pilatus PC-12 NG, based in Germany. With a history of only two owners, our target PC-12 NG was always professionally flown and meticulously cared for. A quick visit to Germany for a visual inspection and test flight confirmed that this was, in fact, the right aircraft for our customer, and Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. in Stans, Switzerland was contracted to perform a thorough pre-purchase inspection. We subsequently performed a test/acceptance flight from Switzerland to Germany to ensure all systems were in working order.

Upon closing the transaction in Germany, Levaero Aviation ferried our customer’s PC-12 NG across the North Atlantic to Canada. Our routing was: Dusseldorf, Germany (EDDL) – Wick, Scotland (EGPC) – Reykjavik, Iceland (BIRK) – Narsarsuaq, Greenland (BGBW) – Goose Bay, Canada (CYYR) – Thunder Bay, Canada (CYQT). All told, 3,652nm of flying to deliver the aircraft to its new home.

Although the transaction may have seemed slightly more complex by having stakeholders in various locations spanning four time zones and dealing with regulatory bodies in various countries, Levaero’s experienced team made this process seamless for our customer. Every customer is important to us, and we were proud to acquire and deliver this beautiful Pilatus PC-12 NG to a happy new owner.
